High Low Temperature Circulating Device

The liquid circulation of the whole system of the high and low temperature series devices is closed, and the system has an expansion container. The expansion container and the liquid circulation system are adiabatic, which do not participate in the liquid circulation, but only mechanically connected. Regardless of the temperature of the circulating liquid, the medium in the expansion container always keeps room temperature.

Since the whole liquid circulation is an airtight system, there is no water vapor absorption at low temperature and no oil mist generation at high temperature. Our company can provide wide working temperature heat conduction oil. so the same machine with the same heat conduction medium can reach  - 90 ºC -- 200 ºC temperature control.


1 There is no internal circulation tank, the volume of internal circulation is small (the volume of internal circulation in most equipment is only 6-10l), the effective power density is large (W/L), the rate of heating and cooling is very fast, and the demand for heat conducting oil is relatively small.

2 The equipment adopts wave plate type heat exchanger with large heat exchange area and fast heat exchange speed.

3 Closed whole liquid circulation: no oil mist volatilization at high temperature, thermal oil will not be oxidized or browned; Low temperature will not absorb moisture in the air, extend the life of thermal oil, low cost.

4 Accurate control of chemical reaction temperature is the first choice for safe control of exothermic reaction.

5 The equipment adopts PID intelligent control, automatically adjusts the output of power according to the chemical process, accurately controls the temperature of the reaction process, and meets the requirements of the reaction process for temperature change.

6 The specially customized circulating pump can provide the maximum flow rate, generate the minimum pressure and heat, achieve the highest heat exchange efficiency, the minimum system resistance, the minimum pump system heat, the minimum system energy consumption.

7 Standard PLC control, more user-friendly display interface (man-machine interface), simple operation, can display the working process of the setting temperature, outlet temperature, kettle body temperature change curve, to achieve multi-stage programming program temperature.

8 The standard type can set the maximum temperature difference between the reactor body and the jacket according to the safety requirements of the reactor manufacturer. If the temperature difference between the inside and outside reaches the safety limit required by the manufacturer, the equipment will automatically stop working and give an alarm to ensure that the reactor will not break due to excessive temperature difference.
